Vitality encompasses more than just health; it’s a state of flourishing, of being filled with life and energy. It spans physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, financial, environmental, and occupational dimensions.
For many Founders, CEOs, and business leaders, launching and growing a business was originally a reflection of vitality. However, over time, many lose their sense of vitality under the pressures that come with running a business.
Together, we are co-creating a community that will enrich our professional & personal growth, elevate our own vitality, and reshape the global perception and importance of business vitality.
Our approach emphasizes self-awareness, empathy, and a commitment to personal and professional growth. It is grounded in the understanding that a leader's internal state — their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs — significantly impacts their behavior and, by extension, their team and their organization.

The 6 principles of vitality include:
1. Emotional Intelligence: Recognizing and managing one’s own emotions and understanding the emotions of others, fostering empathy and effective communication.
2. Self-Awareness: Understanding personal motivations, strengths, and weaknesses, and identifying one's unique area of innate talent and passion (“Zone of Genius”) for maximum effectiveness.
3. Growth Mindset: Embracing learning and viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.
4. Mindfulness and Presence: Being fully present in the moment, attentive to the current situation and people involved.
5. Integrity: Aligning one’s actions with core values and beliefs. Being true to oneself in all aspects of life and leadership.
6. Purpose: Leading with a clear sense of purpose and vision, inspiring others to work towards a shared purpose that is aligned with their individual core values and beliefs. Developing people and helping them achieve their potential.
Vitality is not just about achieving organizational goals but doing so in a way that is ethical, compassionate, and sustainable, contributing positively to the broader community and the global environment we all inhabit.

We apply many of the “Conscious Leadership” concepts in support of boosting vitality. This includes the work of CLG and their book "The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership" by Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman, and Kaley Klemp. It outlines 15 key commitments including taking radical responsibility, learning through curiosity, feeling all feelings, speaking candidly, eliminating gossip, practicing integrity, generating appreciation, excelling in your zone of genius, living a life of play and rest, exploring the opposite, sourcing approval, control, and security, having enough of everything, experiencing the world as an ally, creating win-for-all solutions, and being the resolution.

Vitality Collective is a global community of high performing Founders, CEOs, and business owners dedicated to applying the principles of vitality to their personal and professional lives. We come together as a community to enhance personal connection, support lifelong learning, and promote professional growth and development.
We carefully interview and vet each applicant to ensure all members are aligned with our values and will enhance the community.

Our members are CEOs, Founders, or business owners who have reached a level of success in their careers and are looking to enhance their skill sets, work with their teams and customers more deeply, share their wisdom, and have some fun along the way with some like minded souls!

Yes, initially, membership will be limited to prioritize member experience. The team, while experienced in building, curating, and running peer communities, wants to ensure the smooth functioning of the community. In addition, to maintain the quality of our community, we will occasionally pause acceptances and limit membership.
The application deadline is June 30h and we plan to launch the initial 2 Core Groups (20-24 members) to join the Collective, after which we will temporarily pause new memberships. If you're interested in becoming a member, please apply before this deadline.

Members of peer networks consistently rank the Core Group experience as the most important part of their overall satisfaction. So, we work hard to get this right!
The Collective's Core Group is a carefully curated 10-12 person peer group. Each Core Group is designed to maximize deep connection, shared learning, and professional growth. We aim to strike the balance between matching you with others who have enough similarities to ensure a relevant and meaningful experience, while diverse enough to foster learning, challenge your perspectives, and generate creative solutions.

The Core Group meets for 3 hours on Zoom or in-person every month for 10 months (we skip July and December). The initial Core Group meetings will be led by our Founder, Dr. Lizza, a Top Conscious Leadership Coach and co-creator of the Vitality Principles.
The Core Group experience is designed to be transformative, empowering members to achieve personal and professional growth. It’s the place where members discuss business topics such as business development, partnerships, referral programs, price increases, managing team members, hiring and firing, virtual and hybrid work, launching new products and services, exploring work-life balance, and how to think through all sorts of significant decision-making processes. It’s also the place where members discuss personal topics that range from the deeply personal to general lifestyle and everyday health and well-being topics.
We have designed the structure of the meetings based on decades of first-hand experience participating and facilitating groups and grounded in research.
We are dedicated to continually refining and enhancing the Core Group experience, ensuring it exceeds our members' expectations and aligns with our core values. Therefore, we welcome feedback as we co-create this community together.

The benefits of in-person gatherings are significant and yet most of us don’t want to give up on the convenience of the new virtual world. Plus, a virtual meeting enables us to bring together a more diverse group of members from across the globe which enriches the strength of our community. So, we are open to offering both in-person and virtual monthly Core Group meetings.
We are interested in potentially offering monthly in-person social dinners and/or in-person retreats in order to foster deeper connections across all members if this is something the members want in the future.
